By using AniQire, you agree to use the service lawfully and avoid behavior that harms the app, other users, or the recommendation systems.

AniQire offers a free starter experience and paid subscription plans. Paid plans unlock recurring recommendation refreshes, larger credit allowances, larger searches, and broader Market discovery according to the plan shown at checkout.

Subscription access is tied to successful Stripe billing and may be limited, suspended, or downgraded if a payment fails, a subscription is canceled, or abuse is detected.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel a paid plan from the billing portal when a Stripe customer record exists for your AniQire account.

Cancellation normally stops renewal at the end of the current billing period. AniQire does not guarantee refunds for partial billing periods, unused credits, or missed usage, but support may review billing errors or duplicate-charge issues at support@aniqire.com.

Search credits and Market limits are cost-control features. They may be adjusted to protect service reliability and margins, but currently purchased subscription access will not be changed retroactively except where required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or provider outages.

Recommendations are for discovery and entertainment. AniQire may use available data, user preferences, and integrations to suggest anime, manga, or manhwa, but no result is guaranteed to match every taste.

AniQire may use AI models and search providers to generate or verify recommendation metadata. You should treat recommendations as discovery guidance, not factual guarantees.

Market links point to external search results and destination sites. AniQire does not own inventory, process merch checkout, verify stock, guarantee discounts, or claim best-price status unless a page clearly says that verified source evidence exists.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not exploit bugs, attack the service, scrape abusively, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or attempt to access another user's data.

AniQire is an independent discovery app. Third-party anime, manga, manhwa, titles, marks, and characters belong to their respective owners.
